Join our Quantum team!VACANCY - Accounting Officer
The position is an exciting entry level opportunity for a graduate looking to take the first step in an accounting career. The successful candidate will join an experienced team of accountants from whom he/she will get the chance to learn the ropes. The role is highly progressive and will expose the candidate to all important areas in finance from ground level with a particular emphasis on client facing and interaction.
- Bank reconciliation, posting and balancing
- Accounts payable and receivable
- Daily bank receipts postings
- Month end processes
As this is a developing role, the role and responsibilities are subject to review in conjunction with the post holder and according to future changes and developments in the service.Qualifications/Experience
- This role would suit a young graduate looking for a career within accountancy and financial services, preferably possessing a degree in accounting/finance
- Keen to begin or already studying towards a professional qualification such ACCA/ACA/CIMA (or equivalent)
- Good numerical and computer skills is essential
