Discover the benefit of this scope of cover to your Car Insurance

Simply call ADA on 211 3030, and our service support will assist you for:
What is covered in my car insurance plan?

  • Express breakdown services in case of mechanical and electrical breakdown of your car
  • Towing when a vehicle has broken down due to mechanical and/or electrical problem, or in case of accident
  • If you accidentally lock your keys in your car, ADA will provide emergency assistance subject to you providing suitable identification
  • In the event you have been hospitalized or have undergone a surgical intervention and cannot drive back with your car, we will arrange to drive your car to your residence
  • Taxi service to any single destination for a maximum of 2 persons

When the Road assistance service will not Apply

  • A second towing for same breakdown
  • The vehicle is transported from a garage to another
  • The vehicle is inaccessible to ADA tow truck
  • A specialised intervention, which is outside ADA expertise, is required given the Vehicle’s bearing and situation
  • A maximum of 3 interventions have been already used during your policy period of insurance
  • If the vehicle is more than 2500kg

What is covered in my car insurance?

Simply call My Chauffeur Ltd on 8954, and our service support will assist you for:

  • Assistance during an accident, we will arrange for a replacement vehicle at our own costs to be provided to You as a first emergency response on the site of the accident
  • Free of Charge Driver service in case of accident to:
  • Drive your car to an approved repairer for estimate of repairs.
  • Drive your car to an approved repairer for scheduled repairs.
  • Your Personal needs The courtesy chauffeur service, in agreement with Our service provider, is also extended to You at your own costs and on an agreed preferential rate for Your personal requirements in the event that You need a courtesy chauffeur to:
  • drive Your Car at any time of the day;
  • drive Your Car to the car dealer’s premises for servicing and maintenance purposes;

What is not covered?

  • The service has been used 3 times within one year of cover;
  • The purpose of the benefit is to cover for financial loss of any kind;
  • Any liability or loss resulting from anything performed or not performed as part of the service under this extension;
  • There are more than 4 occupants to be driven in your Car;
  • There is any casualty or bodily injury to any occupant(s) in the car to be driven;
  • Extreme weather conditions do not render the service safe and feasible;
