Step 1. Safety First

Stop your car when it is safe to do so, turn on your hazard lights, and use your emergency triangle to let other drivers know. Check yourself and any passengers for visible injuries and call an ambulance on 114* if it’s the case.

Step 2. Take Photos

Take pictures of the accident and damage to your vehicle. You can send these to us via WhatsApp +230 5494 6923. If you can’t move your vehicle and need towing services, call our 24h/7 partner ADA on 211 3030

Step 3. Fill the ASF Form

If possible, try to agree on the terms of the accidents so that you can get an Agreed Statement of Facts (ASF) form filled. If that can’t be done, contact the police on 112.

Step 4. Reach Out
